Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final on our seasonal boxes however, if there is anything damaged upon delivery please contact us and we'll be happy to resolve any issue.

Q: Why should I sign up for emails?

A: Because we don't offer subscriptions for our box, our newsletter is the best way to stay in touch and keep up to date on new releases, promotions and more!

Q: What exactly is in the box?

A: Each box will be perfectly packaged and will contain 5-7 locally made products valued up to $100. We carefully choose products each season to give you a variety of quality products for anyone to enjoy! Each box will also include a People Behind The Product booklet sharing the stories and product information for the products in that box.

Q: When do your boxes ship?

A: We are a seasonal product box that will ship March 10, June 10, September 10 & December 10.

Q: What does "locally made" products mean?

A: Every product included in our box will be made in province by people who live there. The products will range from farm made, artisan made, smaller brands/business' to larger more established locally made products.
